Contiguous USA Shipping

 

Regular Item Shipping

Shipping is generally by standard ground service (FedEx, UPS and/or US Postal Service), which can deliver to most contiguous USA locations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. Estimated delivery times will be provided as well; they are subject to change and NOT guaranteed. In stock orders placed before 2:00pm Eastern generally ship the same day.
 
 
Expedited Shipping
 
For your convenience, most in stock items may be shipped by a faster method. Next day, 2nd day and 3-day air options are available at checkout on qualifying orders placed before 2pm Eastern. Expedited shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. Some orders may not qualify for expedited shipping if the weight or dimensions exceed ground limitations. ! *Additional fees may apply, see below.
 
 
Freight Shipping
 
Some orders, due to their size, weight and dimensions may not be shipped by standard ground service. (These are the shipping companies’ rules, and not determined by us). The shipping charges for these items will be calculated at checkout using the safest, most dependable and least expensive method to get these items to your destination. If your order does have to ship via freight truck, we will contact you within one business day to let you know all relevant information regarding delivery. Residential deliveries will require an appointment and someone to be there to inspect the freight and sign for it. FREIGHT SHIPMENTS CAN NOT GO BY AIR! *Additional fees may apply, see below.
 
*PLEASE NOTE: Expedited and Freight shipping methods are not always covered by the website’s calculations. We will contact you via email within 24 hours of placing your order if this is the case. Also, shipping and transit time is calculated with business days only – no weekends or holidays. Delivery times are for Contiguous USA only.
 
 
 
Non-Contiguous USA Shipping

Ground service is NOT available to AK, HI, PR or APOs. These are the shipping companies’ rules. Depending on the specifics of your order, we will ship to AK, HI and PR using either the postal service or, in some cases, an appropriate freight company.

APOs can only receive orders via the U.S. Postal Service. In some cases, shipping charges may be different than what you see as the defaulted pre-set shipping charge showing with your order. If this is the case, we will contact you within one business day and let you know what the shipping cost will be. You may then approve or disapprove the shipping charges.
 
 
Holidays And Weekends

Please remember that our warehouse is open Monday-Friday, and most shipping companies do not deliver or pick-up on holidays and weekends. These days would not count as BUSINESS DAYS for delivery calculations. For time sensitive orders, please contact us at 888-556-7464 and we will work with you to get your order delivered in a timely fashion.

General Conditions:

  • Due to the nature of DVD’s, CD’s, Books, and Computer Software, they are generally not returnable.

  • Sorry, but we are unable to accept returns for downloadable videos. Custom made products and clearance items are not returnable.

  • Products must be returned in unused condition to receive full credit.

  • We are not responsible for returned shipments that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.

  • With exception of shipping errors, we cannot refund / credit shipping costs.
