Our training zone emphasizes proper form, stride patterns, and explosive power to help athletes glide efficiently over each hurdle. From drills that improve lead leg and trail leg mechanics to speed work and flexibility exercises, athletes will develop the skills needed to maintain momentum and reduce time between hurdles.
