1/8" - for thin synthetic tracks
3/16" (5mm) - for synthetic tracks
1/4" (7mm) - are MOST popular for synthetic tracks
3/8" (9mm) - for thicker urethane tracks
1/2" - for non-synthetic tracks
5/8" - for non-synthetic tracks
Your Choice: bag of 100 pyramid spikes of any size! The 1/2" and 5/8" sizes are priced differently.

These spikes are a great value and come exactly as pictured and described.

Faster than the shoes.
Assorted sizes of pyramid spikes for racing.

Great price especially since I provide the spikes to my T/F team.
I like buying supplies prior to the t/f season especially when discounts are offered during the off season. My team is always prepared and I'm not having to buy spikes at the meets.

Using a Zip-lock bag is the way to go
I payed $10 for 14 spikes at a track meet. This is the best deal yet!
