Unlike athletic shoes, M-F Heel Protectors (Plastic Heel Cups) never wear out. As shoes provide less support, the M-F Heel Protector takes up the slack.

    I am very impressed with the heel protectors. I have planters fasciitis in both feet and the heel protectors took away 75% of the pain I experience. My feet feel much better. I highly recommend the heel protectors. If you decide to use these heel protectors, you may want to purchase shoes that are half a size larger so you don’t cramp your toes.

    I have tried various remedies for my plantar fasciitis, but this is the only product to really work. I can run again ! It has reduced my heel pain by more than 90%. Thank you!

    So far, so good! I haven't had the chance to ty to run with them, but wearing then with my regular shoes (including heels) at work as made my plantar fasciitis much less of a problem. I'll follow up once I am able to try to run with them.

    The item ordered was just what I was looking for and of good quality, my only complaint would be the doubling of the shipping cost because I ordered 2 pair.
