I love my new foam roller. I bought it because my gym uses it. I wish it would have come with pictures and instructions on how to get the best out of foam rolling.

Love this 36" foam roller. This is a must have for anyone working out or sitting in an office chair 8 hours a day. I have used this at my gym for about a year and had to get one for home. I know it won't crush under weight or start chipping away from use. I use it long ways from my head to buttocks and it works my upper shoulders, scapulars, spine, deltoids, and triceps just from gently rolling side to side. Works great on quads, hamstrings, calves and feet. Excellent product for a great price.
