The best thing about these blocks is that they don't come apart and pedal height can't be adjusted. The reason those two features are excellent is that when you travel to see athletes, especially beginners, you want blocks that are sturdy, simple, and easy to teach with. These Newton blocks are all of that. Glad I bought them - already worth more than I paid for them in saved time, convenience, and ease of use.

I was a little worried about having fixed angled blocks, but I'm extremely happy I purchased these. It eliminates the added variable which causes more confusion for my high school hurdlers and sprinters.
