The Indoor Practice Discus allows you to practice discus throws indoors without marking walls or floors. This training/practice discus can also be used outdoors.

The Indoor Practice Discus is a light colored discus that won't mark walls or floors.

Tough – it will take a beating.

Although named "Indoor Discus", it can be thrown either indoors or outdoors.

Don't let the bad and unpredictable winter and spring weather stop you from your discus training!

Note: Throwing implements are not warrantied due to the nature of the event.

Overweight (for training) 2.5kg

I'm not sure who is more happy about the discus, my athletes or our maintenance staff. No scuffing the floor is a plus!
