The Indoor Practice Discus is a light colored discus that won't mark walls or floors. Tough – it will take a beating. Although named "Indoor Discus", it can be thrown either indoors or outdoors. Don't let the bad and unpredictable winter and spring weather stop you from your discus training! Note: Throwing implements are not warrantied due to the nature of the event.
