Component details:

FxChip BLE: Clips onto the athlete's shorts and uses Bluetooth Low Energy to transmit timing data to an Android or iOS device
Tx Pad Pro Transmitter: Athletes press & release a button to trigger the start (has a 0.01s accuracy)
Tx Junior Pro Transmitter: Emits a magnetic field that triggers the FxChip when athletes run past it
