Recently purchased "First Place Mini Bands" from Perform Better and they worked great. The best bands I have ever used - they don't roll, durable, and creates the perfect band workout.

these are the ones i started using at my physical therapist's office. i then bought them for home after buying a different company's set on amazon which provided no tension at all. these are good quality and have a good range of tension. highly recommend these
