Stretch for Strength!
These bands are SO entertaining to my clients of all ages. I love moving them up in strength as they progress and they find it rewarding to change color bands! Great for strength, balance and there are so many ways to use them. Tops on my list!

I miss the very light band
These are great bands. I ordered a set several years ago and they held up well. This new set isn't quite the same. The lightest bands (a red one) is no longer included and a new heavier band had been added. I really wanted the very light band for some small muscle rehab work that I'm doing. It will a good while before I get to the heaviest band!

OK but they roll
We've used these mini bands for 9 years. They do the job but they do roll up on our clients causing a "tourniquet" & cutting off blood flow. We use booty bands quite a bit so I'm looking for a band that doesn't roll.
