It is a very good indoor weight. It weighed in at 16.16 pounds and was an acceptable length at the 2020 Dartmouth Relays. I did well so I really like it. It is comfortable.
Very strong and durable.

I've seen these thrown at the invitationals and ordered one for my boys team. I'm very happy with how this is constructed. Very strong and durable.
