These are the Regular tipped javelins (not the rubber tipped).

These Scholastic Javelins were designed especially for the beginning thrower.

Beginning throwers start out with the lowest range javelins, as the lowest range rated javelins are more forgiving to new throwers who haven't developed great form, speed or skill yet.

As your form, speed and skill improve, move up to a higher range rated javelin, since they are stiffer and will work better with a skilled an experienced thrower.

Softer, aluminum shaft is easier to throw, and the low price is a fantastic bargain.

The First Place brand is always the best quality at an affordable price, since First Place is the Everything Track and Field signature brand.
