  Popular Uses for Deluxe Practice Hammer and Weight Throwing Gloves: 
• Use for both weight and hammer practices and in competition and meets. 
• Right handed throwers will need a glove for their LEFT hand. 
• Left handed throwers will need a glove for their RIGHT hand. 
• Fingers of these hammer and weight gloves can be cut off if they are a bit too long for a comfortable grip and feel.
